We do offer at the maximum of free three minor revisions and are always willing to work one-on-one to ensure the portrait art is executed as expected.
Out of scope details that are not mentioned at the time of placing the order may result in additional charges.
If you received the wrong output with incorrect size, or in wrong orientation, we will, of course, replace it without hesitation. Please make sure you let us know as soon as possible or at least within 24 hours if any of the errors were made. Cancellation requests after 1 hour of placing the order would not be accommodated.
